Rooted Rise Pilates 

A 12 week Pilates Foundations Program

Are you new to Mat Pilates?

Have you ever gone to a drop-in class and left feeling unsure if your form was correct? Were you needing more one-on-one insight from your instructor?

Are you ready to commit to your practice and focus on building stability and strength with an instructor to guide you along the way?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program is for you! 

Welcome to Rooted Rise Pilates. 

A 12 week program to guide you step by step through your Mat Pilates practice. ​

How it works:

 

Class is held at Craggy Collective in The Village of Cheshire in Black Mountain, NC

Mondays @ 5:00 pm

Thursdays @ 9:00 am

You will commit to one class a week for 12 weeks.

Each class building upon the next.

No intimidation. No rushing. 

We start with the foundations of Pilates movement and

work our way up to strengthening your muscles and increasing mobility.

Perfect your form before adding complexity, preventing injury and maximizing results.

Receive personalized attention and corrections that you simply can't get

in large drop-in classes. Every movement is guided, every question answered.

This program has LIMITED AVAILABILITY.

Each class holds 4 people max.

This is what allows me to give those in class the

attention and support this program offers. 

When you sign up, choose which class option works for you

and that holds your spot for the entirety of the program.

When does the program start?

The program starts on Monday, September 8th and

will wrap up the week of November 23rd. 

How much does the program cost?

A monthly payment of $112 is due at the beginning of each month.

A $50 deposit is due upon registration, with the remainder of $62 due in September.

Can I pay per class?

Paying per class is not an option.

The monthly payment is what allows me to secure your spot in class. 

Can I just drop-in for classes or

must I commit to the program?

One must commit to the program in order to participate in class.

No drop-ins are available. 

Are mats provided?

Yes! There will be mats for all to use.

We will not be using any equipment for this series.

It's important to build a strong foundation before adding in weights,

resistance bans, magic circle, etc. Remember, this program is designed for beginners! 

What if I miss a class or you have to cancel

due to unforeseen circumstances?

If you miss class, or in the unlikely event I have to cancel,

a zoom recording of the class will be sent to you for you to complete at home.  

 

What if I desire more than one class per week?

That's great! However, due to my limited capacity I am only offering one class per person, per week. If you want to repeat the class, I will be happy to send you the zoom recording. 

It is also recommended to take your knowledge home with you and practice on your own. This is something I will discuss with you more if you decide to join the program.

What is your cancellation policy?

2 week notice required, no refund for current month.

Will there be an opportunity to progress after this series?

Yes! In the new year I plan to extend and expand my offerings. I will most likely run this series again and add a new series for students who are ready to level up their practice.
